The Other Right’s Alex Schulkin is coming up from the Adelaide Hills to pour his wines at Ezra, with Rob and the kitchen creating a special four-course menu to match.
There’s more than one right way to make a wine.
A physicist turned wine scientist, Alex makes wine from organic grapes—and nothing else. The Other Right is about questioning the rules, following curiosity and making wines that are exciting to drink.
We’ve loved and poured these wines since Ezra opened. For one night, they’re taking over the whole wine list, with Alex here to share the stories behind the bottles.
